Forum How do you add to the content exchange now?

I can click content exchange and see the old documents but I don't see how to comment on them or to add new content in the interface? Am I missing something? Is there a button or menu I don't see?

I'm encountering the same problem. I haven't found any announcement that the content exchange was removed either.
Hopefully someone can let me know if I should stop looking because it is gone.
