Show the HA pool name instead of the Active Poller

Whenever showed on pages (I.e Add / Edit node, polling details, etc...), I would like to see the HA Pool name instead of the active poller.

On a node detail page, in the Polling Details section, the active polling engine shows with its primary IP. The thing is that it's not the IP that monitors the node as we use a Single Subnet HA deployment type
