Hi,
We are running 2020.2.1. Our primary server was shutdown with no notice. Upon powering back up, it tries to resume it's duties as the primary/active server since it was configured to be the preferred server. However, it is never able to resume that role, and I guess it tries to fail back to the secondary, and we kind get caught in a loop.
We're digging through logs, but I wanted to post this out there to see if anyone already knows the answer and can save us some time in troubleshooting.
