Feature Request: Custom SLA

Hi, 

as a administrator, I want to have SLA PDF reports that reflect the customer's SLA.

For this I want to be able to create customer SLAs, e.g. 24/7 and 8/5 and create a PDF report for those.

Currently, pingdom supports 24/7, only.

We are currently using uptrends in these use cases.
