I'm attempting to install SolarWinds-Patch-Manager-v2020.2.4.377, and I get to enter my email address and the install fails with the following message.

I'm at a loss. I've rebooted, I've checked windows updates, I've verified all the pre-flight checklist from the install guide.
There is no c:\buildAgent folder on the computer.
Any help?
