Adobe Acrobat Reader 2020 Update 20.009.20074 - Error 0x80070643

Hi, we are seeing this error on multiple machines after pushing out the lastest Adobe acrobat reader 2020 update through Solarwinds patch manager.  This isn't the first time we've seen errors like this pushing out Adobe Acrobat Reader updates.  If I search google the error code 0x80070643 is never associated with "Adobe Acrobat Reader 2020 Update 20.009.20074" - it says there are no good results for that search when I say "must include 0x80070643".

So does anyone have any idea's how to diagnose this on a Windows 10 pro machine with Adobe Acrobat Reader?
