Solarwinds Patch Manager 2020.2 has shipped and we are already busy working on the next release. Here's what we're working on:

Web Console: updates to the Orion web console, adding new reports/views:
- Last Patching Date.
- Computer and Update views.
LDAPS support for encrypted domain controller communication.
Add capability to execute remote PowerShell scripts on agents.

As always, if there are features that you'd like to see implemented in Patch Manager, please submit your ideas here.

We have also been wanting to manage Office Click to run updates with WSUS and Patch Manager, without SCCM, and not using Group Policy.

Will patch manager ever have the ability to run the whole patching process in one task? so install SSU updates then install security updates, reboot and check for any further updates before finishing the process. Patching is much easier using azure/aws patch management and I feel patch manager is lagging behind in some ways.
