Azure VPN Connection Monitoring

Currently Azure Cloud monitoring pulls in Azure VMs. It would be nice if it was also able to pull in the status of the Azure VPN connections. This could potentially aid in better dependency mapping for VMs in Azure.It's also useful to be able to alert on / see the status of these connections directly from solarwinds (including usage metrics).
