Escalating a support call

Good morning Thwack Community Slight smile

Can anyone please advise how I can get a speedier response to a support call I currently have logged?

Unfortunately I ended up being off work with COVID so the call nearly got closed. However I have replied to the emails and it just seems to take days for a response.

That's making the problems we currently have starting to grow each day with new extra problems.
