Has anyone been successful in getting a CouldGenix ION device to report to NTA (NetFlow Traffic Analyzer)?

When sending IPFix traffic we get the following error :
The NetFlow Receiver Service received an invalid IPFIX template with ID 259

SolarWinds support said that it is missing the Packet and Octet field.

So far we have been unsuccessful in getting this to work, wondering if anyone has?

Let me know how this goes. We are in the process of updating our ION's so that we can export IPFIX. I attempted to enabled IPFIX this morning, and I am getting a similar error but different ID.
