UNDP integer - PaloAlto GlobalProtect

I am trying to add below OID using UNDP but I don't get right results until I select MIB type RAW. The documentation saw if its a integer value the we should be selecting RATE but it gives results in decimals which is not right. And having it as raw I cannot use operations like min/max/average on the result. How do I get around this.

SNMP Walk shows this

.1.3.6.1.4.1.25461.2.1.2.5.1.3.0 = INTEGER: 126
