NPM UnDP is not available

Hi All,

I did a fresh install of the NPM and wanted to use the Universal Device Poller.

After the installation i only got a shortcut to an application that is not installed. I tried to reinstall NPM but with no success.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

I installed version 2020.2.1.

Strange! Installed a new 2020.2.1 and I got it under: C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\NPM\UniversalDevicePoller.exe
You did install NPM and not just any other orion module? It's a part of NPM.

I do not have the NPM folder on my server...
When running the installer it does not show the NPM installation option. Only the additional packages.
When using the same installer on my pc the NPM installation option is available.
So it is a server issue, but wich one....

What does it say in the bottom of your orion webpage? The bottom black ribbon. I have this for example: "Orion Platform HF1, IPAM, VNQM, NCM, NPM HF1, DPAIM, VMAN, UDT, SAM HF1: 2020.2"
