Can we add Alert Limitation Category inside the All Alerts widget

Basically, I want to know if we can have filter based on Alert Limitation category.

The end users have no limitations set and should see all the alerts in the Alerts page. In this widget , they want to filter alerts based on ALC to remove certain alert types.
