Cisco WLC not polling Wireless Controller details

Have this same issue going on right now.  Guess we're going to need to open a ticket.  No way I'm removing and re-adding it.

Is there a reason why SolarWinds stopped polling the WLC? 

Are there any logs that be checked?

Hello Wesley, Did you fixed this issue? Even in my environment, we are facing issues with WLC(Only one and other WLC same model is fine) not polling any AP's Information. WLC removed and re-added to monitoring not fixed the issue.

All the OID polling and everything looks good. 

For us adjusting the statistics collection to around 15 to 20 min for the specific wireless device and replacing the Job Tracker and Polling Collector on the polling engine where the device is added is fixed this issue.

To Replace the polling collect and Job Tracker follow the KB mentioned.
