Not getting the interface statistics properly

When you added the nodes, did you select the 'SNMP and ICMP' option and do the test to confirm your community string?

And how long ago did you add the device in? As they take a little while to collect data and fill up the windows.

Yes...we have used that SNMP & ICMP recommended option only....

We had added this devices around 2 months back....

can you go to some node details page with interfaces and hit List Resources? Can you see checked interfaces? If so, try to hit submit which re-assign all polling methods to interfaces. Then try to hit button PollNow on node.

Thanks for your reply ET...I tried the ways you have mentioned.But still i cant see the statistics.

Mean while now only i infered one thing, that my interface statistics is been working good before apr 6th..After that, somethng happened to my SW which stops the interface statistics.Kindly see the attched.

Ah ok, so every device was working and now they are not. And you've confirmed that the community string is still correct as you can do a List Interfaces.

I had this problem a while ago as well and Solarwinds had me do the following.

Log onto your Orion Server as the account you used when you installed the software.

Re-run the config wizard.

Start >> Programs >> Solarwinds Orion >> Configuration & Discovery >> Configuration Wizard.

Select all the Orion components.

This will re-sync all of the components and start collecting data again.

If you don't want to try the above, then log a call with Solarwinds.
