Currently the NCM firmware upgrade tool does not support Cisco Switchstacks. As the NCM module is advertised as enterprise ready it's a glaring hole in the functionality that switchstack patching is not supported currently.
The changes seem relatively simple to implement since switchstacks by definition are all running the same firmware and logic just needs added to do the patching in concert.
