NCM keeps reporting a "Start Transfer Error. See log for details"..but I am not sure where the log files are.

We are currently not able to use our Solarwinds NCM due to the issues in Red below:

That being said, I have tried to find the NCM log files to begin troubleshooting but so far have had no success.

Can someone direct me to where the NCM log files are kept?

I do see some NCM log files in the following directory:

but none are for today ( the top one dated 3.27 is me opening that one just to look at it.
