NCM Backup job status showing please proceeding every time.

Hi All,

    We have identified the job status showing please proceeding in NCM jobs. we tried with stop the job and started new job also showing the same. 

This job status (please proceeding) showing up to kill the job. sometimes it is working properly. we are using the Orion platform 2020.2.5 version 
Could you please advise on this. we are running the jobs every day and weekly activated jobs also available

  • I had a similar issue but I could as well see a lot of RabbitMQ issues in my environment, post reinstallation of RabbitMQ I wasn't facing any issues with NCM Backup jobs being hung, same version as you 2020.2.5

    I wouldn't suggest you to reinstall RabbitMQ but its best to raise a case with SolarWinds.
