NCM Backup not working

Hi All, Kindly help me!!

I am using NCM 2020.2.5, All devices are NCM configures long time back, i don't know the password. Suddenly for more than 700 devices Backup is not working, Its NCM test failed like connection refused/ bad password.

we are using the same service account for like Global account for all the devices, how come for few devices same credential is not working and for other its working. for both SSH/Telnet  device same issue.

Now what to do. need assistance.
