Network Configuration Manager (NCM)

Forum NCM can't login to Nexus 9K or any Nexus switch to backup running or startup configs.

NCM can't login to Nexus 9K or any Nexus switch to backup running or startup configs.

It is my understanding that this feature request has been outstanding for more that a year. I do see in the login detail drop-down that in fact Solarwinds is able to login.

However the result is a failed connection.

I still can't back up the configs on two dozen of my Nexus family switches. I've tried modifying the XML file, as well as connection profile to no avail.

Please advise.

I have quite a few Nexus 9336C switches in my network and back up every one of them. Device Template: Generic Cisco Nexus

But what login method are you using for your 9336C devices?

Same here - though of recent I have had to adapt the default template as running-configs started failing to download. Might be worth you checking that out to ensure yours is still working as expected.

borgan we just use AutoSSH and no enable for our Nexus boxes. Works a charm.
