SCP/SFTP Error Failed Import Key

Greetings

I have created both a DSA and RSA key pair and copied the private key pem file to the run folder. I named them sftp.rsa and sftp.dsa respectively.

When I relaunched the SCP/SFTP server, it gives the error: COMException (0x800A7536): Failed to import key from file.

Is there documentation on how to configure keys for the free SCP/SFTP server? I don't know if I'm using an invalid format or how to tell the product which files to use. I got the suggestion of naming the files sftp.rsa and dsa from another forum post.
