When we attempt to create a new job by going to My Dashboards>Jobs>Create new...we see the following error.
We attempted to duplicate an existing job but when you go to edit the nodes you get this error
I agree with @vinay.by and I would also start with re-running the Config Wizard: Run the Orion Configuration Wizard to refresh Orion files (solarwinds.com)
If that doesn't work, I would open a ticket with support. On my install, I have no issues just hitting create new on the Jobs page.
-Go to All Settings > NCM Settings > NCM Settings
-Re-submit the page and verify if the Global SMTP Use Authentication in NCM_NCMSettings have a valid boolean value like "true" or "false". (this field should not be empty)
-Affected jobs should be re-created as old NCM jobs retain the last value configured and not mapped to the new value
