Correct FILESTREAM configuration?

I am not a SQL DBA, be forewarned...I noticed that the SolarWindsFlowStorage database includes a file type of FILESTREAM. And my NTA environment usually works fine. But I also noticed that the SQL server has FILESTREAM 'Disabled' at the server level. How is this possible? Is this normal? I feel like that would have to be enabled in order to support the NTA database. I'm asking today, because we're trying to move the database to a different disk and having all sorts of issues. Running version 2020.2.5.

Hi, this FILESTREAM file is Memory Optimized Filegroup. Microsoft is saying that 'You do not need to enable filestream to create a memory-optimized filegroup' - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational…
