Provide email alerting and log analyzer

We were using trap and syslog viewer to send email messages based on the traps/messages received.

Currently, we have to create a custom rule in log analyzer then set up an action item for an alert to send an email.

This new process is very clunky.

It was so much easier with the old trap viewer. The parameters, send in hourly intervals, wait until x amount of minutes are not as simple to get this working.

I like the new interface and the ease of getting the log data. I just want an easier way to alert on a syslog/trap via an email.
