Log Viewer: provide import/export for SNMP rules (and other rules)

In the old "Trap Viewer" app there was an export/import function allowing easy copying of SNMP trap rules from one Orion server to others. With the new Log Viewer, there is no export/import ability so all rules would have to be manually replicated on all Orion servers. We have 21 rules so replicating will be a pain.

Voted YES!, We are planning an upgrade to 2019.4 and my plan was to set up an evaluation instance with all my rules (manually duplicated) and then export/import to my production environment when the upgrade is complete.
Sadly no out of box way to do this per Support...
