Unlimited number of user access in Kiwi webconsole[FB305391]

Hello Solarwinds team,

Thanks for including AD authentication in Kiwi Syslog.It will be helpful for us if number of user logging to Kiwi should be made unlimited or atleast 50 instead of 5(Similar to orion ).Presently even though AD authentication is configured,more than 5 users cant login to Kiwi.

  • We have the same issue and it is causing an issue with auditors. They don't like generic profiles and in a 24 x 7 operation 5 profiles is nowhere near enough. Even if you could set up more users but only use a given number of concurrent users at any one time. I was building a business case to role out a number of syslog servers using this product but this may mean we have to look at alternative products which is a real shame.

    Agree completely. My team is larger than 5 persons, and having to limit access is unwieldy and inefficient.  At LEAST double the number!
