3.12.2 Upgrade and TFTP issues

Since upgrading to the latest version of CatTools and we are now having issues backing up our routers, I have run a debug and I am seeing the following :

<R-10:23:05>.[13][10]%Error opening txxx.xx.xx.xx/Testrouter.xml (Timed out)[13][10]TestWifiZBF#

I can see via netstat that the server is listening on UDP 69 any ideas on what I should be looking at?

I've seen this caused by incorrect settings of:
ip tftp source-interface

On a few of my devices, this was set to an interface that is administratively down.

Once I issued the following, everything was fine:
ip tftp source-interface my wan link description like GigabitEthernet0/1

community.cisco.com/.../2255647
