Upgrading Firmware on a Cisco C9300-48P switch problem.

When trying to upgrade the firmware on a Cisco C9300-48P switch. I get the error message:

'Did not get the expected response from the install activate command.'

I am using the "Device CLI Send Commands" template

I have tried:

changing the variation data timeout to 900 seconds and adding meta commands for the same thing.

separating the install command to install add file, install activate and install commit to separate lines.

Has anyone had/has this same problem?

You can try using device variations. Please see this link:

I tried extending the timeout while working with a solar winds tech. it didn't work. I have since create a python script to upgrade the firmware and use windows task scheduler to implement it. thanks for the help.
