I have a supernet of 10.X.X.X/16 - i want the subnets(eg 10.X.X.X/24) under it to be auto populated through scan.
Please suggest if any options
That's because, it does not automatically add IPs into Subnets. You can use this tool.
To add IPs to the monitored Subnets, you will need the addIp address tool
- Extract the AddIps.zip to a directory on the IPAM server
- Run the file SolarWinds.IPAM.AddIps.exe/SolarWinds.Tools.IPAM.AddIps.exe
- Provide your Account\Password you use in the web console and click on Refresh
- After it scans, select the subnets you want the IP ranges created for
- Click on Add IPs
- Wait for it to finish creating the ranges
