General Agent services keeps stopping. How do I prevent it from going offline?

Agent services keeps stopping. How do I prevent it from going offline?

Our Agent services on our nodes keeps stopping periodically. We receive a notification that the Node is down but in reality, the node isn't down, it's just the agent that has stopped working. Is this able to be fixed or is this a common occurrence that needs to be looked at whenever we are notified that a node is down?

IPAM does not support Agent Polling so I think you should have posted this under NPM or SAM

What do you mean it doesn't support it? I'm able to manage the agents from the Admin settings. Is this part of SAM or part of IPAM?

It is as I have said. IPAM does not support Agent Polling. There is an ongoing Feature Request for that.

SAM Does support Agent Polling. SAM and NPM are the only Software that supports that Polling Method.
