API poller Return License error after Upgrade from 2020.2.6 to 2022.4

Best Guess: Since the API polling relies upon node-based licensing and you came from component-based, you'll need a different license key.  If that's the case, you should contact support or your Customer Service Manager to get you a different license key specifically for HCO.

Note: I am not in sales nor support and don't know all of the intricacies of how this all works.

Yep - I didn't know that piece.  You're still going to need to open a support case. No one on THWACK can fix this for you since it's specific to your license.
