Dev Assisted Upgrades for 2022.4 Hybrid Cloud Observability Q4 Release

We’re inviting everyone under active maintenance to apply for our Dev Assisted Upgrade (DAU) program in advance of the Q4 2022 release (2022.4) of the SolarWinds^® Platform.

What Is a DAU?

Each time we have a product release, we select a group of customers to participate in a guided upgrade program allowing us to test numerous installation scenarios using real-world environments. If a customer is selected to participate, we’ll schedule a live, virtual upgrade session where the SolarWinds engineering, product, and support teams will monitor the entire process. The data gathered will assist in providing a successful release for everyone.

Who’s Eligible?

Anyone running SolarWinds Hybrid Cloud Observability or legacy module-based Orion^® Platform products currently under maintenance and running version 2020.2.x or higher.

How Do I Get Involved?

It’s easy. Fill out our survey providing details about your environment. We’ll contact you directly if we determine your environment is a candidate for the DAU program.

When Will the Upgrade Take Place?

We’re targeting late October 2022 (timing is subject to change)
