Orion has saved credentials for polling and reporting and agent communication, etc. EOC should also have the ability to provide a drop down from a list of saved credentials for reporting or automations. We have a series of reports that are pushed to a file share that is locked down for specific user accounts. Each report can have a credential set specified, but when the credential set changes, each report using that credential must be modified individually. A saved credentials list in EOC would permit better management of credential sets used for reporting purposes.
