Feature Requests NCM Widgets in EOC

NCM Widgets in EOC

It would be great if we could have NCM Widgets in the EOC like:

- Backed-up Devices vs Not Backed-up

- Startup vs. Running Config Conflicts

- ....

They should represent the Status of all Sites combined. A site-specific widget would be great as well but we could live with this by logging in to the site directly.

With the official solarwinds limitation of 10.000 Nodes per NCM Poller and maximum 3 pollers per site, we are now having to split our NCM into multiple sites.
To manage everything efficiently EOC makes the most sense here and so we need NCM functionality here.
