What We're Working On - EOC

After releasing 1.4, we are currently in the planning phase for vNext. Once we have a more solidified plan in place, we will update this post.

PLEASE NOTE: We are working on these items based on this priority order, but this is NOT a commitment that all of these enhancements will make the next release. We are working on a number of other smaller features in parallel. If you have comments or questions on any of these items (e.g. how would it work?) or would like to be included in a preview demo, please let us know!

Quick question about Network Atlas on EOC. Will the next version of EOC allow you to use NPM groups as objects in maps? Currently, you can only do this in Orion NPM Network Atlas. It's a great feature…

That is next on the list. Our strategy was instead of doing one huge release that takes awhile, try and trickle the module support out as quickly as we can. IPAM & UDT have been around the longest and SEUM is new, so I put it lower priority than these two.

UDT integration is at the top of our "want" list. The sooner the better.

Quick question about Network Atlas on EOC. Will the next version of EOC allow you to use NPM groups as objects in maps? Currently, you can only do this in Orion NPM Network Atlas. It's a great feature that ensures your maps are always up to date.

This is high on our list, but not something that I can commit to for the next release at this point in time.

We would like SEUM integration with EOC as well. Our EOC environment is heavily integrated with NPM, and we are rolling out SEUM/WPM quickly. Integration would be at the top of our wish list.
