Is there any place where you can define node level filter?
In EOC 1.6.3 , you can edit option under Global Node Status
In EOC 2.1.1, you can edit Enterprise Nodes but there is no filter either SQL/SWQL filter.

You can try to use Custom Table widget (Add Widget -> Reports -> Custom Table) with "Advanced Database Query (SWQL)" datasource.
