We are a company that supports many remote customers and we are finding it hard to organize our external internet sessions.
I was under the assumption that these external connections can be handled and managed from the central server and they can but no
organization is there. It is one flat list and if a customer has 7 computers and another one has the same name it makes it very hard
to tell the difference between the two.
I was also hoping that internet sessions once the agent was installed would provide me with all the handy tools for like the full remote
support for internal connections gives us. Event Viewer, Task Manager, ect.
