Allow Central Server Administrator users to remotely add Hosts to the Global Host List

I would like the ability to update the Global Host List, (adding new machines) using the DRS (DameWare Remote Support) client installed on my workstation. Currently the only way a host can be added now is through the "DameWare Server Administration Console", which is installed on a central server.
