Unable to toggle to other monitors

Hi,

I seem to be in an impasse here and could really use some assistance. I have upgraded to version 12.3.0.12; however, afterwards I am no longer able to see other monitors on the remote device. Any advice is appreciated.

Using:

Windows 10 and I have tried connecting with "Use mirror driver" checked and unchecked. Thanks!!

You should ask the solarwinds team for help. They have a file which they call buddy drop which updates the DWRCC.exe file depending on where its installed. The new DWRCC.exe is version 12.3.0.13.

Not sure if you found the answer but, you should ask the solarwinds team for help. They have a file call buddy drop which updates the DWRCC.exe file depending on where its installed. The DWRCC.exe will change the old file from version 12.3.0.12 to 12.3.0.13 and will fix the issue. They dont mention it anywhere in the release notes and i cant find it anywhere from the files they allow us to download so you need to ask them.

Thank you all. After receiving your comment, I did get in contact with Solarwinds and was provided the buddy drop.
