Having issues with Dameware and IE Playing back WMV Files

Having issues when we playback wmv files through internet explorer on stations that have Dameware installed

If we uninstall Dameware, and remove the drivers it works fine.

Has anyone else ran into this issue, and found a solution for that? Has this ever been a known issues with possibly specific version?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This issue doesn't ring a bell for me. Are you a customer or evaluating the product? If a customer, do you have a support ticket open? What version of Windows is the end point you are remote controlling?
