Make DRE mobile troubleshooting client more stable

The client currently freezes up and disconnects relatively quickly. I tried accessing across two different iPhones with the same version of iOS on them 13.4.1 as of this post. 

One iPhone can be access for up to 30 seconds. The other one does not connect at all. 

Please address the stability issues with DRE's Mobile Support applet. Thank you.
