With Dameware Remote Everywhere is there an option to have a shortcut installed on a user’s desktop to request help? From my understanding only option for a user to request support is head to a custom url that I can create under integration > exclusive link.

In the management portal, under devices, edit the group and ensure the "Can Create Support Request" slider is turned on and then users can right click on the Take Control Agent and request support.
