I have tried the licenseManager.exe and I still recieve license errors on systems, usually when they have had dameware 9 on them.
There is a problem with your licensing system. Contact Solwinds technical support.

a. Uninstall all instances of DameWare.
b. Run the new license reset utility (which is an upgrade to the old license cleanup tool).
c. Download the license manager:
d. Run the license manager and it should not list any products.
e. Close the license manager and restart the machine.
f. Reinstall the version which you want to use and do not activate it leave it in evaluation. Close the application.
g. Run the license manager and select the product, on the third column hit activate.
