We use some Open Templates for creating requests.
As intended the requester and the next approver gets an email, but unfortunately the mail is pretty badly formatted.
All the options set in the Template are written into one table field.
I known it is possible to customize the mail layout in the xslt Files under C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\ARM\etc\mails\Notification
but how would it be possible to put each option on a new line?

But as we use multiple templates with different formats that was too much work for me, so I searched for a different solution.
The easiest way that worked for me was to simply add a <pre> html Tag
Now the Line Breaks are formatted in html.
In the css I then changed the formatting of the pre Text.
This solution worked for me.
