Hello,
We have renewed our maintenance agreement, which expires in November, by one year and in the process raised the license model from ARM900 to ARM1000.
A new activation key is available in the Solarwinds portal.
Question:
How can I import the new activation key into ARM?
In the "Access Rights Manager Configuration" tool I can only deactivate the existing license.
Do I have to deactivate the existing license first to import the new license?
Does the ARM continue to run normally while I have deactivated the old license?
