Do you use HTML, graphs, PDFs in your alert e-mails?

Solarwinds Orion Alerting engine is a very powerful and configurable tool. Alert e-mails can be improved by using HTML, or graphs, or .PDFs. However, Solarwinds does not include any HTLM e-mail templates with Orion NPM. Have you incorporated HTML in your alerts? Do you have any you can share with your fellow Thwacksters? What about including graphs or .PDFs in your e-mails, anyone including those in alerts?
