Question to the community members,
Do you feel that Solarwinds support gives you adequate attention to your issues in a timely manner?
We currently have a case that has been on-going (UDT specific) since July 2018, and is still unresolved. We have been informed that the issue has gone from support centers in the US to those based off-shore and back again. All the while submitting log dump after log dump and re-explaining the issue to each subsequent contact that gets involved.
We have had other instances outside of UDT that have been questionable as well, just curious to see the community feedback here.
