How does everyone else manage their O365 licenses regarding employee churn? Are you able to synch your AD with your O365 so that when the AD account is deleted that O365 account is deleted and the license is freed up? Or is it a manual, two-step, process?


   Our O365 licensing is a mess because no one is going back and deleting terminated employees.
