Thanks for the feedback.
Couple of questions:
What OS are you running?

Does the error occur right away, or after a period of time? Do you see the login screen at all?

Re: Web Access Error
Kuz Mar 24, 2009 3:51 PM (in response to craig.mcinnes)Ok.
I think we should try replacing the Global.asax file with a slightly different version, and see if that helps.
I have attached a replacement Global.asax file (in Global.zip). Replace the current version that exists in 'C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Kiwi Syslog Web Access\html' with this one. You'll need to stop the "Kiwi Syslog Web Access Web Server" Service before replacing the file (it may be in use by the ASP.Net worker process), and restart the service after you've copied over Global.asax.

Re: Web Access Error
Kuz Apr 7, 2009 4:08 PM (in response to Kuz)Craig,
We have seen this error reproduced on low memory systems, or systems running low on free memory.
Just wondered what the available memory is on the machine you have Kiwi Syslog Web Access installed on...-
Re: Web Access Error
cole.gisselbeck Apr 9, 2009 4:17 PM (in response to Kuz)What amount of memory do you suggest?

Re: Web Access Error
cole.gisselbeck Apr 9, 2009 4:39 PM (in response to cole.gisselbeck)I increased my memory from 256 to 512 and it seemed to do the trick for now.

Re: Web Access Error
Kuz Apr 10, 2009 5:25 PM (in response to cole.gisselbeck)Hi Cole,
Thanks for the feedback, glad to hear Web Access is working now.
We are still finalizing the minimum system requirements for Web Access, but at this stage I'd say 512MB would be it for RAM.Thanks again for you help with this one.
