      Hi All,

       

      Is netpath an add-on feature on NPM, or a separate module entirely?  if it is an add-on to NPM how come I can't seem to find it after upgrading from 12.3 to 12.5?

          Hi Joseph,

          Netpath is a feature of NPM and should be available to you as part of NPM 12.5 under the Network Menu. If this is not the case try the following URL

          http(s)://yourorionserver/ui/netpath

            Hi Joseph,

             

            If you do not see NethPath Services under Network Menu Tab then I'd suggest to restart Orion services and - if doesn't help - to run Config Wizard (for Website at least).

            If still have problem then you may add manually NethPath Services item to menu or assign the case for solarWinds tech support.
